You’ll be responsible for providing prompt, accurate and courteous service to Customers, Producers, Account Executives and Company personnel.
You’ll need to be the ultimate professional who enjoys connecting & communicating with the utmost integrity. You’ll be keen to take this opportunity to learn, grow and achieve outstanding results.
You’ll apply the skills you already have in managing and servicing Accounts, by thoroughly reviewing applications, policies, endorsements, and cancellations and responding to questions, requests or concerns from clients in a timely way. You will have worked a minimum of 1+ years in a related Customer Account Service role in a professional business environment. Property and Casualty Insurance license preferred.
