OSHA doesn’t call ahead. When they knock, you need clarity, not chaos. At LP, we walk shoulder to shoulder with you to protect your people, your business, and the dreams you’re building. Our site survey mock OSHA inspections are a practical, confidential way to prepare—so you’re ready long before an inspector steps on site. What’s better? The fee is waived for the initial site survey.

Why Preparation Matters

  • Reduce risk and fines: Proactively identify hazards and documentation gaps that commonly lead to citations.
  • Protect your people: A safer workplace is the foundation of a thriving business.
  • Keep operations moving: Avoid costly disruptions by resolving issues on your schedule.
  • Strengthen your insurance position: Fewer incidents and a strong safety culture help lower total cost of risk.

What the Initial Mock OSHA Inspection Includes

  • Pre‑visit briefing: We align on your operations, recent incidents, and concerns.
  • Facility walkthrough: A candid, inspector‑style walkthrough focused on the areas that get the most scrutiny—machine guarding, electrical, housekeeping, PPE, LOTO, fall protection, hazard communication, recordkeeping, and more. Fee waived for initial site survey.
  • Documentation check: Review of your OSHA 300/300A/301 logs, training records, written programs, SDS library, and JHAs/JSAs.
  • Practical action plan: You’ll recieve a report with pictures of the identified issues along with the OSHA standard that is in violation.
  • Debrief and coaching: We walk through what an OSHA inspector would typically focus on, how employers should respond during an inspection, and our prioritized findings. You’ll receive a written summary outlining observed gaps and recommended corrective actions.
  • Availability during an inspection: If OSHA arrives after the mock inspection, we can discuss next steps and available support options under a separate agreement.
  • Walkthrough and review: Expect approximately 1–2 hours on site, depending on facility size and operations. Larger or more complex facilities may require additional time.
