Each office’s “Wonderful Workplace Committee” takes this mission to heart, crafting unique celebrations inspired by direct feedback from their teams. A Glimpse Into This Year’s Celebrations

Here are just a few highlights from across the LP family:

In-Office Massages: Two locations brought in professional massage therapists, giving employees the chance to unwind and recharge right at work. A caring touch goes a long way in showing our people that their well-being matters.

Tasty Treats: Delicious food fueled our teams in several locations, from sunrise breakfasts to midday lunches and surprise snacks.

Egg Hunt Extravaganza: Easter came late, but it was worth the wait! One location held an in-office egg hunt, and team members tested their sleuthing skills, uncovering eggs filled with fun prizes and sweet surprises.

Riddles and Games: Seek-and-find and word searches offered a little healthy competition and fun brain teasers—one more way to engage, relax, and come together as a team.

Candy Messages: Personalized candy messages combined treats with thoughtful notes of gratitude.

Swag: Whether mugs, tees, or handy gadgets, every location found creative ways to celebrate LP pride with branded gifts our teams can use—and show off—all year long.
