LP Insurance Team Members Honored by Nevada Independent Insurance Agents

LP Insurance is proud to celebrate three of our own who have been named to the 2025–2026 Board of Directors for the Nevada Independent Insurance Agents (NIIA): Rachael Rizzi, Jared Rossi, and Tracy Donahoe, CISR. These appointments reflect not only their dedication to the industry but also their commitment to advancing the values of professionalism, collaboration, and service.

Each year, the NIIA selects leaders who embody the best of Nevada’s independent insurance community. We are honored to have three LP team members helping to shape the future of the industry through their board participation.

Recognizing Exceptional Leadership

In addition to board appointments, we are thrilled to announce that Jared Rossi has been named Person of the Year, an award given to an individual who demonstrates outstanding leadership and service to the Nevada insurance industry.

Tracy Donahoe was also recognized as Emerging Leader of the Year, a distinction that honors rising professionals who bring new energy, insight, and dedication to the field. Tracy’s drive and passion for delivering excellent service make her a standout both within our organization and the wider insurance community.

These recognitions were announced at the NIIA Annual State Convention, held this year at the Margaritaville Resort in South Lake Tahoe. The convention brings together professionals from across the state to share knowledge, connect with peers, and strengthen the independent agent channel.
