RENO, Nev. – Oct. 13, 2025 – LP Insurance Services, LLC today announced that James Cohill has joined the firm as part of its Employee Benefits team. Based in the Las Vegas office, Cohill brings more than 25 years of experience in the employee benefits and health technology industry, along with a proven track record of growth, strategic leadership, and community service.

Cohill’s career spans leadership roles at Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nevada, UHC/UMR, Accolade, and Quantum Health, where he consistently exceeded growth goals and built high-performing teams in both Fortune 100 and startup environments. Most recently, as Director of Large Group at Anthem, he oversaw sales and retention for more than 400 employer and government clients representing 160,000+ members.
