RENO, Nev. – July 1, 2020 – LP Insurance Services, LLC proudly announces the acquisition of Meridian Insurance Services. Meridian has been an independent insurance agency since the early 1980s offering commercial, employee benefits, personal and risk services and solutions to clients in the Carson City, Nev. and Roswell, N.M. areas.

As a result of the acquisition, Karen Wagner (former head of sales and service operations for Meridian Insurance Services) has been named the Executive Vice President of the Southwest Region of LP Insurance. The region, which includes Phoenix and Las Vegas as well as the new Roswell office, is one of the fastest growing areas of LP Insurance. As the EVP of the Southwest Region, Wagner will lead the sales, service and operations efforts in those offices. She will also be integral in continued growth and culture within the region.
