Are there fees to process payment?
Yes, there are fees depending on your payment type: $3.25- ACH; 3.50% – Credit card transactions.
Is my information safe and secure?
Yes, and security is very important to us. ePayPolicy is rated PCI DSS Level 1 by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council. In addition, your credit card information is encrypted and discarded after submitting payment and is never viewable by LP Insurance Services, LLC.

Who can make payments to LP Insurance Services, LLC online?
If you have received an invoice from us, that states payment is to be made payable to LP Insurance Services, LLC and not your insurance carrier, you can use ePayPolicy. (Direct bill clients must make payments directly to their carrier as most carriers have online payment options).

If you have submitted your payment on the due date, please contact us so that we can assist you.
